Jack Scarlett is a dynamic nationally recognized tap dancer, educator, and choreographer based in the Tampa Bay area, known for his musicality, innovation, and commanding stage presence. He travels nationally teaching at conventions, adjudicating competitions, and leading master classes that inspire dancers to refine their technique, deepen their artistic
voice and develop self-confidence.

A sought-after performer, Jack appears with ESP for corporate and community events and is featured with Broadway On The Bay and Spinning Canvas. He is a founding member of Mosaic Movement Co and an active member of Project Rhythm, contributing to productions that celebrate rhythm and movement at the highest level. He was recently commissioned to create and film an original piece for Dance Tampa Bay to celebrate the
250th anniversary of the United States.

Previously based in Boston, his performance credits there include DrumatiX, FutureSTEP, JYP, and NJTap2 with the New Jersey Tap Ensemble. He was Dance Captain and a featured performer at Legoland New York. A career highlight includes performing in the Berklee College of Music Honorary Doctorate Concert for Usher, appearing alongside him in the finale and being featured in People magazine.

Jack continues to train with many of today’s leading tap artists and choreographs original works for studios, companies, and live productions nationwide. His competition choreography has won numerous awards, and he believes one of his greatest accomplishments is sharing his love of tap dance with young dancers.
